Daily Check-in

Consistently recording your daily data, mainly your autonomic nervous system measurements, simultaneously each day is crucial.

Constant check-ins help you understand whether your autonomic nervous system tends to be highly active or less active. Knowing this trend, you can compare today's activity level with your usual levels.

Typically, energy levels are highest in the morning, decrease during the day, and recover through sleep. Therefore, we recommend taking your measurements right after waking up. For more detailed information about energy levels, please refer to this page.

Suppose your schedule doesn't follow the typical morning-to-night rhythm. In that case, you can still see trends by recording your data immediately after waking up.
