How to check your data history

In the History views, you can check the recorded data for HRV measurement results, sleep information, morning wellness, and step count. Go to Home → (Your user name)’s Data → Tap the card of each item to switch to the respective history view.

Display Data

The graph uses the first measurement result of the day. (If the measurement accuracy could be better, only the results with good measurement accuracy within 15 minutes of re-measurement will be adopted.)

Weekly History

• You can view a graph of energy levels for the past seven days, including today.
• The "Trend" in the graph is a moving average of energy levels, allowing you to see short-term trends.
• Tap the graph to display all autonomic nervous system measurement results (energy levels, autonomic nervous system balance, heart rate) recorded on that day.

Monthly History

• You can view a graph of energy levels for the past 30 days, including today.
• The "Trend" in the graph is a moving average of energy levels, allowing you to see long-term trends.
• Tap the graph to display all autonomic nervous system measurement results (energy levels, autonomic nervous system balance, heart rate) recorded on that day.

6-Month History

• You can view a graph of the average energy levels for the past 26 weeks, from Monday to Sunday.
• Tap the graph to display the average energy levels measured during the corresponding week.
